Five colours, and the two that get confused are the reds. Lithium gives crimson and calcium orange red, and because pupils see the words far more often than the flames, putting the rows side by side on the board is what fixes the distinction. Clear the colour cells in the data editor and the same table becomes a recall task the class completes before you show the full set.
Boards word two of these differently. Some papers print lithium as red and copper as blue green, and a pupil marked against the wrong wording loses a mark for knowing the chemistry. The builder keeps the standard set and says so under the picker, so you check your specification once and the table on the board matches the mark scheme your class will be marked against.
